NOMADIC BASEBALL NEWS

The first three players have been selected for our spring event, and they all come from perth, Australia!

Braydin Horsley (left), lewdon te mara (center) and jacob santich (right) are three of western australia's top rising talent.  they currently compete in the junior and senior leagues, however each of them comes from a different squad.

at the 2018 Australian IL nationals, lewdon had to face both braydin and jacob in the finals as their charter teams matched up in the championship.  unfortunately lewdon and the suns fell short, which gave the other two boys an invitation to california to compete in the IL World Series!

HOrsley and santich were now on a mission to represent australia to the best of their abilities.  they were entered into the international pool with power house teams such as puerto rico and Asia pacific.  although the end results weren't what the boys wanted, they walked away from the experience with nothing but smiles.

this trio of talent will finally get the chance to put on the same uniform in dubai and try to lead Nomadic baseball to the clubs first championship!

if you ask any hungarian what their countries main sports are, you would probably never hear baseball mentioned.  yet somehow adam piros (Left) and zsolt gyori (right) were introduced to america's past time at a young age.  growing up in the budapest reds baseball organization, these two were able to learn from some of the best talent in hungary.

in the summer of 2018, Piros and gyori were selected to go to the united states for a month and train with Moose baseball, located in washington D.c.  each player grew tremendously from the experience and went back to europe competing at a high level.  they helped lead the u15 national team to the final game in the european championship.  although they fell short to the russians, it was still a major accomplishment for hungarian baseball.

to cap off a successful summer, adam and zsolt both had their debut in the men's euro interleague  playoffs at only 15 years old.  piros started in right field for the reds, while zsolt took over second base.  each player had a multi hit game and scored a few runs as they took on split, croatia in the final four.
